Shipping Policy
We take pride in packaging and shipping each Zoella Jewelry piece with the same care that went into crafting it. Below you will find everything you need to know about getting your order to you safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Packaging
Every Zoella Jewelry order arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging — ideal for gifting or simply treating yourself. Each piece is carefully secured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area before contacting us. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
